I love to write about the things that have always intrigued me the most, though occasionally I choose something I want to learn more about or something that is a challenge for me. I love to tackle new things!

Authors have many ways in which they tackle their writing: planning, note cards, outlines, and many drafts before their polished work is ready. I do many of these things as well, but when I sit down to write, my favorite way is to visualize what is happening in my mind's eye as if I am watching a movie unfold. I write down what I see as
Authors have many ways in which they tackle their writing: planning, note cards, outlines, and many drafts before their polished work is ready. I do many of these things as well, but when I sit down to write, my favorite way is to visualize what is happening in my mind's eye as if I am watching a movie unfold. I write down what I see as it presented to me. Many of the scenes surprise me and I find myself laughing or even crying at what I see. Many readers have mentioned that they can "see" my writing in their own heads as if they, too, are watching a movie.

I have enjoyed the written word my whole life, both in reading and in writing. I suppose that I will for the rest of my life, however long that may be.
